The Principal Combined Fund Organization or PCFO is the federated group or combination of groups, or a charitable organization selected by the Local Federal Coordinating Committee administer the local campaign under the direction and control of the LFCC and the Director.

United Way for the Greater New Orleans Area has been the contracted manager for the Combined Federal Campaign for the Greater New Orleans Area since 1971.
