SPEAKERS

Utilizing trained volunteers from CFC funded human service agencies can add significant impact to your Kickoff or Group Solicitation event. The Speakers Bureau is there to support your campaign plans with effective ways of getting the message across. Use it freely!

All requests for assistance should be made through your Loaned Executive. To request a Speaker, please fill out the CFC Agency Speaker Request Form (word document) and forward it to your Loaned Executive.

You may also form an internal speakers bureau with personnel from your agency. Survey your agency for employees who may be volunteers at a CFC funded agency or employees who may wish to share their experiences as recipients of CFC funded agencies.

AGENCY TOURS

Arrangements may be made for employee groups to tour a recipient agency. It’s a remarkable way to increase commitment and enthusiasm for CFC. To request a Tour, please fill out the CFC Agency Tour Request Form (word document) and forward it to your Loaned Executive. **Please allow at least two weeks notice.

REVERSE TOURS

Request a representative from a CFC funded agency to visit your workplace and describe the services their agency provides. It is almost like being there. Contact your CFC Loaned Executive(s) in making these arrangements.

AGENCY FAIRS

Agencies and federations may set up displays or distribute posters, brochures, etc., to inform employees about their services. These materials can be used at entrances, in hallways and cafeterias. To request an Agency Fair, please fill out the CFC Agency Fair Request Form (word document) and forward it to your Loaned Executive.

AGENCY RESOURCES

One of your best resources is your own agency or unit. Supplies such as meeting facilities, AV equipment, printing facilities, public relations, and employee newsletters are easily accessible and will help to promote and publicize your campaign. You may also find many talented and creative employees willing to assist you. Invite them to be a part of promoting the campaign.
